The online Vectorworks Tutorials are ideal for those using Vectorworks 2020 to 2024, especially if you’re a working landscape or garden designer and have missed out on CAD training. They’re also invaluable if you need a refresher course or are not making the most of its potential. You can now rent the software on a monthly basis, and, if you are in full-time education, you may be eligible for a free student software* licence while you study. Many people find CAD difficult to learn in a traditional classroom. It’s easy to get left behind. This is where online learning comes into its own. You’ll never feel out of your depth. As you become familiar with the tools, you’ll be able to quickly transform 2D objects into 3D drawings, change and resize objects, and use hard landscaping tools to create custom patios, pathways and other landscape elements. After that, we add the plants. You’ll learn how to create and edit your own plant definitions, how to design a schedule and place plants in the landscape according to seasonality and bloom time. *student software status cannot be guaranteed.
